2.4 Right of withdrawal / changes and cancellation of orders

Subsequent changes to orders that have already been confirmed are not possible. The cancellation of confirmed orders is possible up to 12 hours before delivery.

3.6 Complaints and returns

The customer is responsible for checking the delivered goods. Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods. Otherwise the goods are deemed to have been accepted by the customer without any problems. Hidden defects must be reported to hellowhale.ch immediately after they are discovered. Incorrectly delivered goods that the customer has received do not have to be taken back. Products that the customer has accidentally ordered will not be taken back or refunded.
